The Real World of Work: career exploration for students
Another way that we help young adults in the early stages of their careers is with our Real World of Work program. A source of career exploration for students, our Real World of Work initiative is for people aged between 16 and 26 who want to explore the different career paths available to them. With the Real World of Work program, we aim to get people into their ideal career faster. Explore options like alternative learning programs, apprenticeships, pre-internship experiences, work placements and in-house career development, rather than the traditional educational path.
Why rack up a load of student debt unnecessarily? This traditional (old-school) path may not be the right choice for every young adult. So, let’s take a step back and consider different options. Work, earn, learn, repeat. That’s where the Real World of Work program comes in.
