In-Person Customer Service Representative
In-Person Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide basic information and respond to routine questions about products and services. They may also work to resolve general complaints and issues.
The purpose of In-Person Customer Service Representatives is to maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of questions and complaints and keep track of actions taken to resolve any customer issues. They also perform activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money or adjusting bills. Additionally, In-Person Customer Service Representatives may recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
In-Person Customer Service Representatives resolve customer questions and complaints, keep track of order data and conduct transactions, returns and other customer interactions.
In addition to these highlights there may be other tasks/actions that you will be asked to participate in or complete that coincide with accomplishing the organization’s objectives that are broader than the direct responsibilities of this in-demand job.
In-Person Customer Service Representatives report to the leader of Customer Service. They may interact with other service representatives, the technical team and sales.
