Project Managers determine and coordinate the schedule, budget, timeline, staffing and designation of tasks for a project. They manage the expectations, staffing and resource allocations for associated tasks, and they may serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.

What do Project Managers do?

Project Managers assign duties and responsibilities, develop project plans and monitor project milestones. 

  • Assign Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit or hire personnel to fill certain roles or determine which existing staff members are a good fit and can have tasks delegated to them.

  • Develop Project Plans: Create a plan of action to complete or manage a project, including timelines, due dates for deliverables, check-ins, updates and other associated project needs.

  • Monitor Project Milestones: Meet with the project team to discuss issues or roadblocks, check in with team members to get updates about progress, determine whether the project is on track to meet deadlines and monitor the progress of milestones.

In addition to these highlights there may be other tasks/actions that you will be asked to participate in or complete that coincide with accomplishing the organization’s objectives that are broader than the direct responsibilities of this in-demand job.

This role reports to the Project Lead and CEO. You will work with team members, marketing, specialists and other project managers.

What will I get paid and what I will get for doing this job?

The information below is a range of what you could be offered. Compensation and total rewards vary from company to company and your level of proficiency, match, experience, knowledge, and geography. 

  • Total Compensation Range: $39,930-$128,420
  • Employee Benefit, Programs, Perks: $5,000- $25,000 per year 
  • Paid Time Off and National Holidays  
  • Purpose or Impact Alignment between your interests and the companies’ objectives 

 All elements of the total rewards: base compensation, variable compensation, health, and welfare programs the offerings and the conditions of receiving or eligibility of such offerings are all subject to change. The company will provide any changes in writing prior to the effective date.
