Special Events Intern

A Special Events Intern is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events within an organization. This may include researching vendors, creating event timelines, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support during events. The intern will work closely with the Special Events Coordinator to ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan. Additionally, the intern may be responsible for post-event tasks such as collecting feedback and analyzing event data. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in the planning and execution of special events.
Coordinate event logistics such as venue, catering, and transportation.
Collaborate with vendors and sponsors to ensure event success.
Manage guest lists and RSVPs.
Assist with marketing efforts to promote events.
Provide on-site support during events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.
