User Experience Specialists craft engaging brand experiences and research users and workflow.Â
- Crafting Brand Experiences: Assist with content creation and creation of storyboards, site maps and screen flows.
- Research: Consult with clients to better understand their needs. Conduct usability testing to understand how intuitive a product is. Conduct competitor and consumer analysis to assess the market and expectations of the product.

This role reports to the User Experience Lead and works with User Interface specialists. You will also work with marketing, design and development teams.

What will I get paid and what I will get for doing this job?
The information below is a range of what you could be offered. Compensation and total rewards vary from company to company and your level of proficiency, match, experience, knowledge, and geography.
- Total Compensation Range: $38,550-$168,200
- Employee Benefit, Programs, Perks: $5,000- $25,000 per year
- Paid Time Off and National Holidays
- Purpose or Impact Alignment between your interests and the companies’ objectives
