The Job Center: Workforce Building module allows you to match talent and develop people within pepelwerk’s talent development marketplace who are missing technical skills or knowledge gaps for jobs you need to hire now or in the future. It’s designed for workforce planning, proactive hiring and to building your pipeline of talent. This module also allows your organization to be considered for learning and development grants.
To enable the Job Center: Workforce Building module in Work Hub, navigate to the Services & Payments tab in Work Hub. The first page shows you which services you have already activated as “Active Services” and the services you could choose to enable for as “Available Services.”
From here, select “Enable Workforce Building” on the corresponding card. This takes you into the Services tab, for a brief description of the module. Navigate through Module Subscription Setup & Variable Fees and Module Status & Payments to complete the details and start using the Workforce Building module.
Discounts for each module are based on:
- Length of the agreement (1 yr, 2 yr, 3 yr)
- Payment terms (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Consider a 3-year agreement term and annual payment terms for the highest discount available.
Variable fees per job profile and new hire count are billed separately based on your activity.
The payment options include adding a credit card, a new payment method, or using a purchase order/invoice/ACH. The purchase order/invoice/ACH option requires additional approval. Chat with our Customer Success team for more details by using the More Info tab.
