The certification gives you the product knowledge and positioning frameworks you need. Your existing relationships and advisory credibility are what matter most.
Yes, and the certification is designed to make that feel natural. You'll walk through the platform in a structured way, practice with real-world scenarios during cohort coaching, and have Deal Desk support for complex opportunities. For high-value engagements, co-engagement calls are available depending on your partnership tier.
Yes. You can begin earning from Day 1 on any deals that close during your certification window. Full partnership benefits activate after your Day 41 certification.
Every deal you bring to the program is registered and attributed to you. Your pipeline is protected for an extended period and tracked with full attribution in your CRM, so there's no question about who sourced what.
Extensions of up to 60 days are available. If needed, you can pause and restart with the next available cohort. You must attend at least 7 of 8 cohort coaching sessions to maintain standing.
Cohort coaching calls, a dedicated Partner Manager (at higher tiers), Partner Portal access, Deal Desk support for complex opportunities, quarterly business reviews, marketing assets, and advanced training. The level of support scales with your partnership tier.
This is a 6–12 month build, and that expectation is set from the start. Most Business Partners have their first meaningful pipeline conversations within 30 days of go-live, but first deals typically close at 60–90 days. Your cohort coaching, Deal Desk support, and Partner Manager are specifically designed to help you navigate early-stage pipeline.
