How It Works
Once you create your account and complete your Talent and Work Profiles, you’ll receive personalized job matches. Accept the matches you’re interested in and register to attend the in-person Job Match Event to meet the hiring team and interview for the role. Each participant rotates through blocks of 20 people per hour, ensuring focused attention from both coaches and employers.
A typical session includes:
- Check-in & Ice Breakers (30 min)
- Coaching & Profile Optimization (30 min)
- Interview Dry Run (15 min)
- Real Interviews (30 min each)
With multiple groups running throughout the day, you’ll move seamlessly from preparation to interviews to networking.
