Customer Success Managers also work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Additionally, they gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve overall customer experience. Overall, the role of a Customer Success Manager is to ensure that customers are happy, engaged, and getting the most value out of their relationship with the company.
