2️⃣ Abilities → Describe Me & Abilities Section 
Use your Abilities results to: 

  • Enhance your “Describe Me” section with words that reflect your strengths. 
  • Add these abilities to your Abilities section in your Talent Profile. 

✅ This helps employers and coaches see what you naturally excel at, supporting better matching for opportunities. 

3️⃣ Work Environment → Work Profile 
Your Work Environment results guide how you add preferences to your Work Profile, including: 

– Do you work better alone or in teams? 
– Do you enjoy working with customers? 
– Is an in-office environment a better fit for you, or do you prefer remote work? 

✅ Updating your Work Profile with these preferences ensures you are matched with work opportunities that fit your ideal environment. 

️4️⃣ Work Style → Communication with Employers 
Use your Work Style results to understand and communicate your preferred work style with employers, such as: 

– How you like to receive instructions 
– Your approach to completing tasks 
– Your preferred pace and structure at work 

✅ This helps you confidently discuss how you work best in interviews and with future employers.
