We want to help you reach your career, income, and education goals — but first, we need to understand what your goals are. In your pepelwerk AI Career Assistant, there are 3 types of goals you can set to guide your career journey:
- Account Settings: What do you want pepelwerk to help you do?
- Goal Center in the app: Set guidance, work, earn and learn goals.
- Work and Earn Center in the app: Mark your Goal Job(s).
All 3 are important for you to set up to get the most out of your AI Career Assistant.
What do you want pepelwerk to help you do?
When you create your account on the web portal you will choose from one of the three goals below to let pepelwerk know how we can help you. You may switch your goals at any time in Account Settings.
- Help me reach my career, income and lifestyle goals.
If you are looking to get or identify your goal job, get a different job or a promotion and career advancement.
- Help me relaunch my career to an in-demand skills-based job.
If you are looking to switch careers, industries or apply your transferrable skills to new in-demand jobs.
- Help me launch my work-life for the first time.
If you are in high school or college or entering the workforce, you may be looking for a learn-on-the-job opportunity, internship, apprenticeship or entry-level role to gain experience in your field of interest. You may also benefit from skills-based education recommendations, guidance to make smart and cost-effective education choices, and build a support system with career coaching and mentorship.
Set guidance, work, earn and learn goals
In the pepelwerk mobile app, set up milestone goals to help you stay on track with your personal and professional development. These goals are organized into four categories:
- Guidance Goals: For support and advice.
Example: Schedule a session with a Coach or Mentor.
- Work Goals: For progressing in your career.
Example: Interview for a new position.
- Earn Goals: For financial growth.
Example: Achieve a 20% pay increase.
- Learn Goals: For building new skills.
Example: Learn a new skill to support your career path.
Setting and tracking these goals in the app helps you take meaningful, measurable steps toward your bigger career objectives. Our AI agent Arie and Career Coaches can help you prioritize and define these goals.
If you are a Preferred Member you will have Arie on-demand career assistant and goal automation support.
Mark your Goal Job(s)
A Goal Job is the position you are aiming for or actively working towards. You can set a Goal Job by selecting one from the Goal Job Opportunities available to you inside the Work & Earn Center.
*Preferred Members have the option to add a Goal Job from an offline resource such as a job listing outside the platform or a custom personal career goal.
