pepelwerk’s AI Career Assistant offers organizations a comprehensive tool to support employees, students or members in reaching their career and income goals. Our platform enables you to integrate career services, data-driven insights and upskilling development to help people achieve success in the evolving job market.
To enable the Career Assistant module in Work Hub, navigate to the Services & Payments tab in Work Hub. The first page shows you which services you have already activated as “Active Services” and the services you could choose to enable for as “Available Services.”
From here, select “Enable Career Assistant” on the corresponding card. This takes you into the Services tab, for a brief description of the module. Navigate through Module Subscription Setup & Variable Fees and Module Status & Payments to complete the details and start using the Career Assistant module for your organization.
Discounts for each module are based on
- Length of the agreement (1 yr, 2 yr, 3 yr)
- Payment terms (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Consider a 3-year agreement term and annual payment terms for the highest discount available.
Variable fees per access code activity are billed separately based on the following options: access code redemption or utilization. You also get a tiered volume discount when more than 50, 500, or over 1,000 people use the access code.
The payment options include adding a credit card, a new payment method, or using a purchase order/invoice/ACH. The purchase order/invoice/ACH option requires additional approval. Chat with our Customer Success team for more details by using the More Info tab.
