Requirements for Non-Profit Partners:
To become a part of the Workforce Pathways for Youth program, partnering organizations must:
- Be a non-profit organization serving underserved and marginalized youth.
- Run “Off School Time” (OST) programs or after-school programs for youth aged 14-21.
- Have supervised, in-person programming that aligns with pepelwerk’s goals.
- Be ready to engage in a 12-18 month partnership to support youth as they complete the program and begin internships or apprenticeships.
Benefits for Non-Profit Partners serving youth:
- Ready-to-Use Programming: pepelwerk has a Work Readiness 101 course, tailored specifically for youth ages 14-21, ready to implement. No content development is required on your part.
- Flexible Content Integration: Bring in your unique expertise — while you don't have to create content, we do welcome partner content to complement our existing Work Readiness course framework.
- Grant Revenue Sharing: By partnering, your organization becomes eligible for a portion of our grant funding to help cover costs and support program expansion.
- In-Person Learning Environment: With your existing after-school, OST or youth center infrastructure, we can offer this program in a supervised, in-person setting.

This initiative is backed by a grant for up to 3,000 students to participate. Plus, your organization can add its own unique content to the program for a fully customized learning experience.

- Work readiness skills in high-demand areas: HR, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT.
- pepelwerk membership for 12 months.
- Career coaching, mentorship and Career Exploration Events.
- AI-driven attribute assessments to match with fitting career paths.

Proposed timeline:
- November 25, 2024: Deadline to express interest in partnership with pepelwerk.
- December 3, 2024: Grant application due. pepelwerk will submit.
- December 10, 2024: Announce our collaboration.
- January 2025: Launch program teaser and call for students to participate.
