An access code gives you access to pre-paid services inside your pepelwerk AI Career Assistant. It’s provided to you by your school, employer, member-based organization, or if you are in the US Military.
If you receive an access code, enter it when you create your pepelwerk account. You will see this pop-up:
Alternatively, finish setting up your account and then add your access code in the pepelwerk mobile app or in the Web Portal. Click on the Home tab, look for the Access Code section to the right. Type in your access code (it’s case sensitive) and toggle it ON.
Congratulations! You have successfully redeemed your access code. To use the features, you must download the pepelwerk mobile app, available in the App Store or Play Store.
Each access code comes with a unique set of features selected by your school, employer or member-based organization.
You can see what features have been included in your Home Screen or by going to the Access Code section under “My Payments” then click on the name of the access code to get a list of the features included. You will also see the expiration date.
After this date your pre-paid services will expire, and you will be automatically downgraded to a Free account but will not lose your progress.
At any point in time, you can buy more features based on your needs and goals.
Remember:
- You do not need an access code to create an account. To continue with a FREE account, simply skip this step during set up.
- If you think you should have an access code but are not sure, reach us on chat.
If you received an access code for a partnering organization, you need to make sure it is turned ON to use the features included.
