The Customer Success Tech Specialist Intern at Org Portal is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using the company’s products and services. The intern will work closely with the customer success team to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Provide technical support and assistance to customers using the Org Portal platform.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively use the portal features.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve product functionality.
Assist in testing new features and updates before they are rolled out to customers.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving customer success strategies.
