The Customer Success Tech Specialist Intern at Org Portal is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers using the company’s software platform. Key responsibilities include:

Assist with onboarding new customers to the Org Portal platform.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use the Org Portal platform effectively.
