How it Works
- Employee (W2) and Contractor (1099).
- Commitment Level: Full-time, part-time, on-demand.
- Job Levels: Internships, apprenticeships, learn-on-the-job, entry and intermediate.
- Salary and Hourly Pay Range: $20-$45/hr and $40k-$90k/yr.
- Hire Dates: On or after Nov 1, 2025.

No. They should only bring a small tabletop banner, if anything. Best would be, wear company attire.
- Companies: 8 AM - 9 AM for the morning session, 12-1 PM for the afternoon session.
- People/Candidates: 8 AM doors open. After that, you can check-in at any time until 3 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled interview to find parking, enter the venue, and enjoy our many networking opportunities, coaching sessions, profile optimizations, and hear speakers.
You're free to come and go as your schedule allows, but this will be an 8-hour event. The happy hour will end the day with a Job Offer Success Report at 6 PM.
- Bring fully charged personal devices
- Bring headphones in case some of your interviews happen virtually
- Business cards in case they want to get in contact with people after the event or hand them out during networking opportunities
- A device/tablet - to access the hub and view their interview schedule for the day. They can also reject and accept hires on site in real time by swiping left/right.
- A printed/hard copy of their schedule for the day

- Please enter through the glass door with the Town Hall logo as well as Match Event Sign located between Flying Saucer and Eno's. Enter there, follow the short hallway to the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor.
- Do NOT enter through the stairs on the outside of the building. This door with be used as an emergency exit only.
