Job Center: Hire Now is the default module available when you create your pepelwerk Work Hub account for organizations. You do not need to enable a module in Services & Payments to build or post a job profile. Simply go to Job Center > Job Activity > Build New Job Profile to get started.
With Job Center: Hire Now you simply pay per job profile based on the experience level needed for the job. Price starts at $300/hire. You pay 30% when you activate the job and 70% upon hiring, which happens automatically when you move your candidate to the Hired/Offer stage in the Candidate Management section.
Go to Services & Payments > Hire Now > Variable Fees for pricing.
You can access volume discounts and free job posting on our workforce planning platform for learn-on-the-job experience level, including internships and apprenticeships, when you enable the Workforce Building Module.
