Goal Center brings your goals together in four areas: Guidance, Work, Earn, and Learn. Each tab shows its own goals and provides the same starting controls when that tab is empty.
Open Goal Center
- In People Hub, select Goal Center.
- Select Guidance, Work, Earn, or Learn.
- When the selected tab has no goals, use the plus control at the bottom of the tab to create a goal, or select Go To Guidance Center.
Guidance
The Guidance tab currently displays You have no goals here! and directs you to create a goal under Guidance. Use the plus control at the bottom of the tab to create a goal. You can also select Go To Guidance Center.
If you are not sure what goals to create, the screen advises talking with a coach or mentor to learn how to plan your work-life goals.
Goal Center Guidance tab
Work
The Work tab currently displays You have no goals here! and directs you to create a goal under Work. Use the plus control at the bottom of the tab to create a goal, or select Go To Guidance Center.
Work also displays Set Your Own Career Target! You can add goal jobs from this tab; the goal job appears in the Goal Job section. If you have an upgrade, your goals and tasks can appear automatically in this section.

Earn
The Earn tab currently displays You have no goals here! and directs you to create a goal under Earn. Use the plus control at the bottom of the tab to create a goal, or select Go To Guidance Center.

What to expect
- The selected tab shows goals for that area.
- An empty tab displays You have no goals here!, a direction to create a goal under the active tab, the plus control, and Go To Guidance Center.
- The coaching prompt suggests speaking with a coach or mentor if you are unsure what goals to create.
- Work includes the goal-job and upgrade information shown above.
When a tab is empty
- An empty-state message means there are no goals in the active tab yet.
- Use the plus control at the bottom of the active tab to create a goal.
- Select Go To Guidance Center if you want to continue from Guidance Center.
- If you are unsure what goals to create, follow the visible prompt to talk with a coach or mentor.
